Exchanges

How do I request an exchange?

  • Try your purchased item in the comfort of your home and if you would like to return your product for exchange please email us at customerservice@cece-chic.com within the above-mentioned duration.
  • Please add your order number in the email subject field.
  • Please add the details of the new item (design name and size) that you wish to receive.

What to expect next ?

  • You will receive a reply to your email within 1 - 2 working days with a DHL pick-up booking and details on the return shipping process.
  • You will also receive an email directly from DHL to confirm the pick-up appointment or to schedule a new one.
  • The DHL pick-up booking is valid for 5 working days only, after which the exchange will be rejected. Please make sure you ship your returned items within this time frame.
  • If for any reason DHL do not pick up the item as scheduled, please call them directly and book another appointment using your pick up confirmation number.
  • DHL follow-ups are the responsibility of the shipper ( customer )
  • Print your shipping documents found in the email we sent you and fold the returned items and pack them in the carton box and keep it ready for DHL to pick up.

Do I need to pay an additional shipping fees?

  • Return shipping is free   - You will not be asked to pay any additional shipping cost

What's next?

  • Once the returned items reaches us they will be checked and if they meet the below criteria a replacement will be shipped back to you.
  • If the desired replacement is out of stock you will be notified by email.
  • When exchanging to a product of a higher value than the original purchase a payment link with the difference shall be sent to you via SMS . Please make sure payment is done to avoid any delays in receiving your replacement.
  • When exchanging to a product of a lesser value than the original purchase, the remaining amount of the item shall be credited back to your account. 

Exchanges are subject to the following conditions;

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in, with the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Items on Sale/Special Promotions may not be refunded but may be exchanged. 
  • Special design items or size customized items may not be exchanged or refunded.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 working days .
  • Credit card refunds , the amount will be automatically credited to your account and will appear within 7 to 15 days depending on your bank terms and conditions , processes and public holidays.
  • Refunds for items returned will be credited in the full amount minus shipping charges, custom duties , VAT ,  import tax and bank fees when applicable,

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and sent back to you.
