SHIPPING 

UAE ( DOMESTIC) ORDERS

We offer free shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Confirmed orders are dispatched from our facility within 5 to 7 business days (excluding UAE Public Holidays) unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Delivery is done by DHL express and takes from 1 - 2 working days . If you are in a hurry and need your items sooner please contact us at : customerservice@cece-chic.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Special orders and made-to-measure services are available and may require more time to be prepared. Please contact us at : customerservice@cece-chic.com for more information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is done by DHL Express , the time frame varies from country to country but in most takes 2 to 3 working days to reach you.  If you are in a hurry and need your items sooner please contact us at : customerservice@cece-chic.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

WORLDWIDE

For most shipments, customs and import duties are applied once your items reach the destination country by the customs authority and we at Cece Chic have no control over these applied charges. 

Customs , import duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are paid by you once the shipment reaches your country.

Custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse the delivery,  these amounts will be deducted from the refunded amount.

SAUDI ARABIA (effective March 23 2023 - 2pm GMT+4) 

For Saudi Arabia we implement a door to door service where customs, import duties and VAT are paid at check-out and we at Cece Chic proceed with the customs clearance process through our shipping partner DHL EXPRESS and delivery of the order without any hidden or extra charges at delivery .

The due charges imposed include clearance , customs , VAT and import duties.

In case of a refund - these charges are excluded from the refunded amount. 

بالنسبة  لكل الشحنات الخاصة بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، ننفذ خدمة التخليص الجمركي حيث يتم دفع جميع الرسوم الجمركية وضريبة القيمة المضافة عند الطلب ونحن في Cece Chic نواصل عملية التخليص الجمركي من خلال شريكنا في الشحن DHL EXPRESS وتسليم الطلب دون رسوم إضافية عند التسليم.

تشمل الرسوم المستحقة المفروضة جميع رسوم عملية التخليص الجمركي وضريبة القيمة المضافة .

في حالة استرجاع الطلب - تخصم قيمة الضريبة المضافة و الرسوم الجمركية من المبلغ المسترد.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the following conditions;

Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in, with the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed.

Items on Sale/Special Promotions may not be refunded but may be exchanged. 

Special design items or size customized items may not be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the full amount minus shipping charges, custom duties ,VAT,  import tax and bank fees when applicable,

 All the refunds will be made according to the original mode of payment.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected and sent back to you.

Exchanges shall be in the full paid amount of the items minus shipping charges, custom duties, import tax and bank fees if applicable. When exchanging to a product of a lesser value than the original purchase, the remaining amount of the item shall be credited back to your account. 

Refunds are processed within 3 - 4 working days .

Credit card refunds , the amount will be automatically credited to your account and will appear within 7 to 15 days depending on your bank terms and conditions , processes and public holidays.

DAMAGES

We assure you that we are very careful in checking all items before dispatching them; however if you do receive a damaged item please email us at customerservice@cece-chic.com with your order number in the email subject field. Please let us know the problem with your purchase and send us images if possible. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of item delivery.

Once we receive your request, we will dispatch a courier to collect the item. We will inspect the returned item and will send you an email to notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of your replacement. If the item is not available in stock, a refund will be processed right away.

ORDER CANCELATION

We do accept order cancelation however we must be notified within 24 hours (1 day) from order placement to reverse the transaction. If you do wish to cancel an order please email us at customerservice@cece-chic.com within the above mentioned timeline. Please quote the order number in the email subject field. 

Cece Chic reserves the right to cancel an order at any given time without providing a reason. Canceled orders are fully refunded at the time of cancelation and an email notification is sent.
